Having Trouble Logging In?

Login issues on Aristocrat are usually quick to sort out. Here are the most common reasons players have trouble signing in, and exactly what to do in each case.

Wrong password. This is the most frequent cause. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure your caps lock is off and that you are typing it exactly as you set it up. If you have recently changed your password and cannot remember the new one, use the account recovery option — it sends a reset link to your registered email address or a verification code to your mobile number.
