Terms and Conditions — Aristocrat Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to Aristocrat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the player", "you", "your") and Aristocrat ("we", "us", "the platform", "Aristocrat"). They govern your access to and use of the Aristocrat website, mobile application, game lobby, sportsbook, live casino, VIP programme and all associated services.

Aristocrat reserves the right to request age verification or identity documentation at any point. If you are unable to verify your age or identity when asked, your account may be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.

Providing false information during registration — including false date of birth or false identity details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Aristocrat platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your account access with anyone else. Aristocrat will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Your account details — including your registered name, contact information and payment details — must be accurate and kept up to date. If your details change, please update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

Aristocrat may carry out identity verification checks at any stage. These checks are a routine part of maintaining platform security and preventing fraud. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of maintaining your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the Aristocrat platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied and no hidden fees are charged by Aristocrat on standard transactions. The following payment methods are supported:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, typically instant
• Raast — SBP instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — all major Pakistan banks
• Cards — Visa and Mastercard debit/credit

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary based on your VIP tier — higher-tier members benefit from increased limits and faster withdrawal processing.

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times depend on your payment method and VIP tier. Aristocrat reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Funds cannot be withdrawn if there is an ongoing bonus wagering requirement attached to your balance.

All funds deposited must be your own money. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Aristocrat offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP-exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Key points that apply to all bonuses on the Aristocrat platform:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before you opt in.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance. Real money deposits are used first for wagering; bonus funds are used afterwards unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing bonuses with other accounts or claiming the same bonus multiple times is not permitted.
• Aristocrat reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any changes will not affect bonuses already activated by players.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

The Aristocrat VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Your tier is calculated automatically based on your wagering activity across both the sportsbook and the game lobby. There is no application process — your tier updates as soon as you meet the threshold for the next level.

Each VIP tier comes with a set of benefits including increased cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, dedicated account management at the top tiers and access to exclusive promotions not available to standard account holders.

• VIP tier calculations are based on real money wagering only. Bonus fund wagering does not count towards tier progression.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Aristocrat platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, manipulate games or exploit platform features.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated or systematic exploitation.
• Allowing a minor to access and use your account.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Aristocrat monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If suspicious activity is detected, we may freeze your account and request documentation before any further action is taken. You will be given a fair opportunity to respond to any investigation.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Aristocrat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be marked inactive. Inactive account balances are maintained and you may reactivate your account by contacting support.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any active bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded via your registered payment method, subject to verification checks.

12. Limitation of Liability

Aristocrat operates its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in downtime.

Aristocrat's liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount of real money funds held in your account at the time the issue arose. We are not liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes to These Terms
